Visit with Tom, Ross and the l'Arche Community

This week I finally had the opportunity to visit fellow parishioners Ross and Tom at one of our community l'Arche homes on Day St. called Dayspring. What a wonderful visit we had! I was warmly greeted and Ross gave me a tour of their home. They introduced the staff who work there. There was an element of sadness because in the past months we celebrated the funerals of two long time l'Arche friends and fellow parishioners Dorothy and Linda. I blessed their home and they sent me off with a kind gift and cards. Ross and Tom especially expressed how they miss coming to Church at Blessed Sacrament. Ross looks forward to carrying the cross when he can return to mass. We also look forward to celebrating with you both Ross and Tom!
